Registration and Membership

  • Athletes, guardians:
  • For athletes that are not attached to a club, email membership@ntswim.org to receive the registration link for USA Swimming
  • For athletes that are attached to a club, contact your club's registrar to receive the USA Swimming registration link for your club
  • All:
  • Outreach registrations must be accompanied with documentation of eligibility (see Outreach Documentation of Eligibility, effective 1/1/2022). Documentation must be current at the time of registration and not expire within 60 days. Please submit your documentation to membership@ntswim.org.
  • Seasonal registrations are effective as of the date of registration and are valid for 150 days.  The seasonal membership is valid for competitions below the Sectional, Zone and National levels. 
  • If you would like to register as a seasonal athlete attached to a club, contact your club registrar.
  • For seasonal athletes that are not attached to a club, email membership@ntswim.org to receive the registration link.
  • Transfers all athletes transferring clubs registered in the current or previous swim year require a transfer, which can be done from your own USAS account. For questions about completing the transfer in your account, see the USA-S help documents by clicking here. Please refer to our FAQ for any questions regarding the rules around athlete transfers.
