Saturday, November 7 – Camp & Clinic

• 2 x 1.5-hour pool sessions
• 11-12 & 13-14
• 10 & Under- 1 pool session
• Technical focus: drills + light training
• Classroom sessions

Sunday, November 8 – Age Group Meet

• Sanctioned competition
• High school event order
• Racing with a focus on fun & development

Who Can Participate

• Open to athletes who meet the selection criteria.
• Athletes must be registered and in good standing with USA Swimming.
• Age is determined as of the date of the swim they are selected with.

Athlete Selection

• Times used: LCM results from Sept 1, 2025 – Aug 14, 2026

Process:

1. The top athlete in each event is selected.
2. If the top athlete has already been selected in another event, the next fastest eligible athlete in that event will be chosen.
3. This process continues until every event has a unique athlete selected.
4. After filling all events with top performers, 2nd-place athletes will be added in event-list order, then 3rd-place, and so on, until the target number of athletes per age group is reached.

Coach Selection

• Teams earn points from selected athletes:
• 4 pts – Top performer
• 3 pts – 2nd performer
• 2 pts – 3rd performer
• 1 pt – 4th performer
• Staff chosen from top-point coaches who apply.
• Goal: 1 coach per age group per gender.

Cost & Registration

• Cost: $50 per athlete
