Certification as a Stroke and Turn official for at least one year is required for consideration to be certified as a Starter, but you may take this clinic prior to your one year anniversary with consideration deferred. All respondents will be contacted once headcounts, date, and location are determined. Include your questions when you email Bob. His plan is to hold the clinic before the long course season begins.
